Is my product real?

Yes, all of our rugs are authentic handmade vintage Turkish rugs.

Each rug is a one-of-a-kind piece, handwoven using traditional techniques and crafted from natural wool. We carefully source our rugs from Turkey and professionally clean them before offering them for sale.

You will receive the exact rug shown in the listing photos—never a reproduction, machine-made rug, or duplicate item. Due to their vintage nature, minor signs of age and wear may be present and are part of each rug's unique character and authenticity.

How can I be sure about the colors of my rug / carpet?

We photograph all rugs in natural daylight to represent their colors as accurately as possible.

Because screen settings, monitor brightness, and mobile devices can display colors differently, slight variations may occur between the photos and the rug you receive.

How can I be sure of the dimensions of the rug / carpet?

We carefully measure every rug and provide both the listed size and the exact actual size in each listing.

For U.S. customers, there are no additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery. We handle the import process so your rug arrives without unexpected charges.

For orders shipped to countries outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

What if my rug / carpet is damaged during shipping?

If your rug arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the rug and the packaging.

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. All rugs are carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and shipped with tracking to help ensure safe delivery.

Can I use my rug / carpet immediately after receiving it?

Yes, your rug is professionally cleaned, inspected, and ready to use upon arrival.

Because rugs are folded for shipping, you may notice minor fold lines when first unpacking. These will naturally relax and flatten within a few days of use.

For best results, unroll the rug immediately upon arrival and allow it to air out. Any temporary creases will gradually disappear, leaving your rug looking its best.

How can I clean my rug / carpet?

For regular care, vacuum your rug gently without using a beater bar or rotating brush.

If a spill occurs, blot it immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this may damage the wool fibers and spread the stain.

For deep cleaning, we recommend using a professional rug cleaning service experienced with handmade wool rugs. Avoid machine washing, steam cleaning, bleach, or harsh chemicals, as these may affect the rug's natural fibers and colors.
